Re: Does ttrss send referral when clicked on a link within?

Your browser sends the referer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_referer), all you could do is use an anonymizer service. I guess that could be done by a plugin if you wanted to write one.

Re: Chrome RSS Subscription Extension

I had the same problems after I switched to https and forgot to update the URL in the plugin. Otherwise it's been working great for me.

Re: HTTPS Howto?

There isn't a good way to help you without more info. Google a SSL howto for your distro and your webserver and then change the url as AngryChris said. There is nothing more you need to do. On the topic of SSL certificate, http://www.startssl.com/ worked fine for my personal tt-rss instance.

Re: Session failed to validate (incorrect IP)

-if you are using a laptop, assign a static IP (not recommended) or get your mac and have the router always assign an specific IP to your TT-rss reading laptop! (most of the time when you resume a computer the ip may be renew as well) That only works if you have your ttrss installation locally avai...

Re: Session failed to validate (incorrect IP)

Re: Plugin: Article Headline Toggle

To be , you'll need to remove the line "$this->link = $host->get_link();", which isn't used by your plugin anyways.

Re: Android App/Scheduled Offline mode & managed space usage

I think it's good idea not to implement this directly into the mobile app. But maybe you could add a possibility so that other apps (Llama, Tasker, ...) could trigger that. Then your app wouldn't need to have code for scheduling of events and whatnot (which is really well implemented in the other ap...

Re: Authenticated feeds

Cookie wouldn't work, the would need to have access to the password, but it runs independent from the browser. And I really would feel much safer with clear text password in the database than in the cookie.

Re: Mark as read Button

Thanks for the change, was thinking about posting about that as well. See this is why trunk testing is important, if someone pushed for this earlier, it would've been done before 1.7.6... About that: I don't mind testing trunk before a release, but I prefer to run the stable build generally. But if ...
