Re: Unhandled Exception in function setFeedUnread()

FWIW latest tt-rss from git (just updated) is working fine on my Debian stable system (actual hardware, not a VM). #1 SMP Debian 3.16.36-1+deb8u2 (2016-10-19) (yeah, I need to reboot) mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.54, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 6.3 PHP 5.6.30-0+deb8u1 (cli) (built: F...

Re: Bayesian classifier for TTRSS

The post on top was the last one to load successfully. Nothing has loaded since. The full xml can be pulled: $ wget http://www.vice.com/rss If a quick look at this says "the feed's just plain broken at line ..." and it's nothing to do with the new code, I'll take this elsewhere. Thanks! F...

Re: Android Client : Links open in TT-RSS app

Edit: Dont know if this matters, but in the light theme, the menu when using hardware menu button is white text on transparent, which is Hard to read 😉 But just a quick reverse scroll and the menu in the headline is usable. So No biggie This is also happening to me with a Samsung Galaxy S4, running...

Re: [1.15.3] HTTPS Feeds with TLS don't work

OpenSSL 0.9.8o won't work for hetzel.net - checked using https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=hetzel.net&s=104.28.11.114 it says "OpenSSL 0.9.8y Protocol or cipher suite mismatch" (NB: note the footnote points out that a browser might still succeed if it tries other settings ...

Re: unexpected behaviour of the Android client

You can try dumping JSON data through adb logcat with the relevant option enabled in android client settings, then we could figure out if the metadata received for the specified article has it unread or read. I'm not sure why would either of it happen and I have no other ideas yet. Here's a log of ...

Re: unexpected behaviour of the Android client

Now if you *do* have view mode set to Adaptive (and not All Articles) you shouldn't be seeing a mix of unread and read headlines after reload which could indicate a potential display bug, e.g. tt-rss knows internally the article is read, it is just being displayed with a wrong style applied for som...

Re: unexpected behaviour of the Android client

e: btw I have experienced some weirdness with marking stuff as read in android tt-rss app on 4.3 at least while using proxies, either adblockplus (which operates as a proxy) or a separate proxy specified by the network connection, it looked like some requests were eaten or something. In my case the...

Re: unexpected behaviour of the Android client

Now, why there was some article which is afterwards displayed as unread but wasn't displayed before - I have no idea. In both cases the dates are highly different too. Isn't that just because of "Oldest articles first" ? After 'Mark Read' it displays all the articles in that feed, and thu...

Re: unexpected behaviour of the Android client

Is it actually read on the server? Re-testing quickly, yes. I marked all but one read, then reloaded via web interface and it only showed that one still unread. Then doing a 'mark read' on the android client exhibited the same issue with the phantom 'unread' highlight. At this stage a reload on web...

I also see this. Before doing a 'Mark Read' on all articles, with one still unread: http://www.miggy.org/pics/misc/android-ttrss-incorrect-unread-marking-before-mark-allread.png And after it, with all the old articles displayed: http://www.miggy.org/pics/misc/android-ttrss-incorrect-unread-marking-a...

Re: 1.9 - Mark as Read

Yes let's add an option so that mark feed as read would do something completely different because reasons. In short, this is not going to change. Perhaps actually labelling the button as "Mark Feed as Read" rather than the current "Mark as read" would help people understand its ...

Re: PHP support for PostgreSQL is required for configured pg

Check that PHP5 for apache (I assume) is actually loading the pgsql extension. On my Debian install this happens because /etc/php5/apache2/conf.d is a symlink back to /etc/php5/conf.d and that contains a pgsql.ini file that does "extension=pgsql.so". If that seems to all be in place then d...
