Thanks, I can't use Addblock as I use image caching, so a plugin is the only solution.

I've analyzed this problem ... it seems to be some kind of bug. The images get fetched and stored in the cache folder. Hi, I've setup tt-rrs, added feeds and every thing was fine. Then I had a closer look and saw the option "Cache images locally" and thougt that this may be a good thing especially to avoid the SSL warning about external objects on the site. After activating this option images are no longer...
