Image caching is for feeds , there is a plugin bundled with TT-RSS that will also, separately, cache images for starred articles. This plugin needs to be enabled as a system plugin in the config.php file. If you want every feed for every user to cache every image, then you could do that with a plug...

But image caching is only for stared articles, isn't it? Sure I can do that on my own for every feed I add but if I want force it for every user there is no way, right?

I have the wrong time too but only on the folder view in the feed view is the right time. Yeah, I'm also seeing this. For some reason in some situation when a cached timezone object is first created it gives the non-DST offset, but in other cases it works properly. No idea why. Edit: this is quite ...
