Track the last new article time per feed as well as last successful feed update

Use case: Older (subscribed for a long time) feeds that go invalid/inactive or a feed that starts returning errors Right now on a feed with no current articles, you'll see "last updated" on the feed that will show the last time the updater ran - even if the feed request failed (either an o...

Re: Feeds with articles older than FORCE_ARTICLE_PURGE come back in as unread?

So it happened again today. I took a look at the feed debug - and what I've been able to determine from comparing this to previous (yesterday) backups is that the (arbitrarily picked) article was not present in the older database at all. This same feed showed up with articles going back for several ...

Re: Feeds with articles older than FORCE_ARTICLE_PURGE come back in as unread?

ttrss: 63f0ed3 running on ubuntu 16.04 current, apache, mysql percona 5.6.35, php 7.0.15 No errors in updater output or apache. Would you consider "30 days" to be a interval that is too low? The only reason I even have this on is I has gotten tired of seeing ancient articles popping back i...

Feeds with articles older than FORCE_ARTICLE_PURGE come back in as unread?

It appears that if you have a FORCE_ARTICLE_PURGE setting, and the feeds have articles coming in that have dates older than that setting - they are brough back into the system as unread. I've not confirmed this at low level, but it seems like if that is set, the updater should probably discard/ignor...

Re: Feed categories are always expanded

I've seen similar problems with it rememberng the state, in my case though - it usually manifests as some of the groups being expanded, and it not being able to remember the state change for newly added groups. Seems like there may be an issue with how TTRSS is manipulating the content of the cookie...

"Mark read up to" option

I would really like to see the ability to "Mark read up to here" - i.e. when you scroll down through a list of unread articles or other list, ability to say "Mark everything above this article as read."

Mark read at BOTTOM of article

Would be nice to have a mark read button/link/etc. at the bottom of the article instead of or in addition to the checkbox at the top, that way you can mark read when you get to the end of reading the article instead of having to scroll back up.
