It should work (or at least load) now... It was using a new shorthand in PHP 5.4 to create arrays. Thanks for reporting.

Re: Proper way to migrate from MySQL to PostgreSQL

You can try using my import/export plugin ... It's basically fox's, but it saves all articles (not just starred/archived), as well as some more metadata (unread state, some more times). It should also preserve HTML in articles. Before using it (especially the importer), make a backup. Usage is prett...

Re: Importing of Google Reader Cached Feeds

By the way, nice job on the parser, robinmarlow! I've only tried it on the above feed (on which it works beautifully), as I haven't decided if I'm going to import all of my old feeds... My TT-RSS server isn't the most powerful machine; I'm not sure it can handle the tens of thousands of more article...

Re: Importing of Google Reader Cached Feeds

It looks like the plugin strips all HTML tags from the XML before inserting into it into the database. A quick fix: In plugins/import_export/init.php, change (around line 238): The change is also on my Github account if ($child->nodeName != 'label_cache') $article[$child->nodeName] = db_escape_strin...

Re: Importing of Google Reader Cached Feeds

A quick perl script, just to download the feeds... parsing will have to be done later. https://gist.github.com/lotrfan/28c4a266468bb7658e95, To use, (on Linux...) 1. Download the gist, and save it somewhere on your hard drive 2. Run ./reader.pl <prefix> <feed url> i.e., ./reader.pl 'google_blog' 'ht...

Re: using af_feedmod

Try adding case 'xpath_all': $doc = new DOMDocument(); if (version_compare(VERSION_STATIC, '1.7.9', '>=')) { $html = fetch_file_contents($article['link']); $content_type = $fetch_last_content_type; } else { // fallback to file_get_contents() $html = file_get_contents($article['link']); // try to fet...

Re: using af_feedmod

Try

Code: Select all

"xpath": "div[@id='comic'] | //div[@id='blog']"

Not sure if it will work, but it's worth a shot...

Re: using af_feedmod

If I understand you correctly, the "unique id" is used to "discover" which links to enumerate, and the xpath is used to specify what to get on the actual destination? Yes, that is correct -- the "array key" (in this case, "CiscoIosHintsAndTricks") makes sure ...

Re: Session failed to validate (incorrect IP)

Also see the 'SESSION_CHECK_ADDRESS' setting in config.php. By default, it checks the first three octets of the (client) IP when validating a session.

Re: Massive problem - some feeds aren't updated

I had a similar issue... Feeds not updating, errors related to the image* functions (specifically imagecreatefromstring, which floicon uses). Enabling GD and restarting everything (apache, update service) fixed the issue. (I also deleted the feed cache to recover (some of) the "lost" artic...

Re: Flash content not showing

This worked for me: in lib/htmLawed.php, comment out line 22 (or just remove some of the "unsafe" tags from the unset list) Something like //if(!empty($C['safe'])){ // unset($e['applet'], $e['embed'], $e['iframe'], $e['object'], $e['script']); //} or if(!empty($C['safe'])){ unset($e['apple...
