Help with "Share anything"

I'm running 1.10. I looked at the wiki page and went to Preferences -> Feeds, but I can't find anything in there about a bookmarklet to share a generic URL. $ uname -a Linux www 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.46-1+deb7u1 x86_64 GNU/Linux $ php --version PHP 5.4.4-14+deb7u5 (cli) (built: Oct 3 2013 ...

Re: Subscribe to OPML

How would this be different from a curated RSS feed that pulls content from various sources?

For example, if I was the curator, I could use my TT-RSS published articles feed to pull things from all over the web, instead of maintaining an OPML file.

Re: Starting the update daemon on Synology NAS

That's your grep process. What you probably want to run is:

Code: Select all

ps | grep "php" | grep -v "grep"

This will eliminate your grep process from showing up in your results.

Re: More robust handling of feeds with errors.

Did the xmllint fix help?

It looks like they're stuffing a 0x03 in there, also known as Control-C, aka the ASCII "End Transmission."

Permission to scratch my head and say "What are they thinking?"

Re: Authenticated feeds

Just brainstorming, but maybe if you have authenticated feeds, base the decryption key off the user password but store it in a cookie if you have "Remember me" checked. If you don't have it checked, then generate the key on the fly with the entered password once the initial authentication ...

Re: Plugin to import Starred/Shared from Google Reader

To fix the "File Not Found" or "File Not Uploaded" error, I had to check /etc/php/apache2/php.ini for the max_upload_filesize. It apparently defaults to 2M, which is on the small side for those of us who have been using Reader for a while. I'm still getting a separate error when ...

Moneymaking idea for you, fox

Fox, Not a feature request, but an idea for you. For a chance to make a bit of money at this, and helping people who aren't exactly geeks get away from dependence on online services, you could perhaps sell complete Raspberry Pi kits including a RPi model B, charger/power supply, 16 GB SDcard with li...

I'll upgrade to 1.7.6 tonight, but I'm currently having the same trouble on 1.7.5. It seems to be similar to http://tt-rss.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1561&p=7240

Fiddler https://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler2/ can be your friend. Here is the raw session from the http response when fetching that feed through a web browser: GET https://www.pccasegear.com/m1_export.php?export=rss HTTP/1.1 Host: www.pccasegear.com Connection: keep-alive Accept: text/html,application/...
