Re: Successful update to 1.9 but feed tree vertical spacing

Yeah I didn't like the vertical spacing either. This is what I use in a custom theme file which doesn't alter a lot, but makes it look how I prefer it. It's the stuff at the bottom that changes the spacing, but I paste the whole file in case as the spacing probably depends on the font sizes you use ...

Re: Reeder (iOS) integration with TT-RSS (via Fever API)

I use the git trunk code and so would be the first one to notice if anything on trunk breaks the fever plugin and report it on here. So in theory it should always work with the releases.

Re: [1.9] HTTPS Feeds with TLS don't work anymore

Going to depend on the operating system. Just reinstalling PHP might do it. Or if PHP is split into dynamic library extensions then just reinstall the openssl, and curl ones. And maybe curl itself? Basically on my own O/S I have two versions of openssl installed, one in /usr/lib and one in /usr/loca...

Re: How to get Mobile Plugin for ttrss 1.9?

If you don't know how to use git then just click download zip in the bottom right hand corner. It's probably the same code you already have though so I think it's probably going to do the same thing as I doubt there's been any changes in it since it was removed from the main plugins directory.

Re: How to get Mobile Plugin for ttrss 1.9?

The plugin was retired and removed from the standard tt-rss code. It's now found in the contrib git repository at https://github.com/gothfox/Tiny-Tiny-RSS-Contrib , though it's no longer developed so if it doesn't work and throws errors you will probably have to fix it yourself I guess and contribut...

Re: [1.9] HTTPS Feeds with TLS don't work anymore

Probably related to this: viewtopic.php?p=13734#p13734

Try removing those mentioned lines of code and see if it works. If it does I guess you want to complain like fox mentioned in the post afterwards :D

Re: embed_original plugin and firefox 23

Or you can go into about:config in the URL bar and try and figure out if there is a setting you can toggle to go back to the old behaviour. As I'm still on the release version of FF I can't check this out myself.

People still use Internet Explorer? I thought after the monstrosity that was IE6 people had learnt that lesson by now.

Re: Updating Feeds

Looks like you are in /etc/tt-rss on the screenshot which isn't standard, so you are using one of those hideous distribution packages that splits it out across the filesystem. It has probably put update.php somewhere like /usr/bin or /usr/sbin *shudder*.

Re: Password reset

You *can* set it using something like phpmyadmin. Just have to do the hashing yourself that's all. The easiest thing to do is just to take the already made hash out of schema/ttrs_schema_mysql.sql which says SHA1:5baa61e4c9b93f3f0682250b6cf8331b7ee68fd8 and update your own user entry with that. Then...

Re: 1.8: Wrong icons

Clear your browser cache. I've had exactly the same when I've reinstalled tt-rss and the feeds are loaded in a different order to originally. It's just that the icons are cached in the browser.

Re: Mr. Reader API compatibility

This morning I set Mr Reader up to sync via the Fever plugin and now all Mr Reader does is crash. As I said in the post above, did you definitely get the very latest version from the git repository or use the version from the forum? The forum version is known to crash the app, plenty of fixes in th...

Re: Mr. Reader API compatibility

If you want Mr. Reader to work install this plugin: https://github.com/dasmurphy/tinytinyrss-fever-plugin/ , it emulates the fever API which Mr. Reader can apparently sync to. And any discussion related to that plugin is in this thread: http://tt-rss.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=1981 , just ma...

Re: Reeder (iOS) integration with TT-RSS (via Fever API)

Works fine for me with https. In fact my tt-rss installation is ONLY available on https, http will just give a 404 not found. Anything in your log files to suggest what's going on? One suggestion is maybe you're using a self signed certificate and not one that the iphone recognises as trusted? I use...

Re: Mobile webapp for TT RSS: ttrss-mobile

And there is the "fever" plugin which converts the ttrss api to a fever-api compatible one. After installation of the plugin you can use apps like "Reeder". Anyway, thanks for your work! Yeah I admit I've been using Reeder again recently, mostly due to the reason I made the sugg...
