Sounds like you shouldn't play with APIs then, thats a pretty basic concept, maybe a high school programing class would be a good thing to look into.

also: not a chrome issue. I'm using 36.0.1985.125 and working fine for me. I would assume a broken upgrade or a cache issue. copy your conf, empty the folder, git pull copy conf back and do a good refresh.

http://www.chicagovps.net/openvz.html basic option. $1 / mo. You have to pay for a whole year upfront. It takes some management as it is a full server not just an apache instance.
