Re: Change android client fonts

Since I think what you've done on the Web UI is just terrific it can be difficult to argue with you about good UI. I have a lot of articles I want to get through and so getting more content on the screen is important. On the Web UI I get a single line per item and can get through a lot of feeds quic...

Re: Change android client fonts

Fox, appreciate the ability these change made. I'd also line to see the number of lines per item shrunk from 3 to 2. As an example, you could eliminate the 3rd line in the list view if you moved the check box to before the title and then the star/pub/menu at the end of the title line. Or perhaps hav...

generated feed content type

I would like to have my generated feed create an HTML page. I have the template and it works just fine, but the problem is that the code sets the content type to either text/xml or text/plain. There is an element that controls this call noxml is the request that is basically a boolean: xml if it doe...

Re: Android client: open in browser

Sure, I'll try to add this when I'm bored at new year vacation. Are you yawning yet. Here's hoping you are oooohhhhh sooooo bored and ready for the interesting challenge of adding this exciting, groundbreaking feature. Thanks for tt-rss. It saved my 2013 from the whirlpool Google is trying to creat...

Android client: open in browser

When I am scrolling through the article list in the Android client I often see an article I know I want to open in the browser (see full content). To do this I have to tap the article to get the title on the left side and the article excerpt on the right and then tap the headline. Could you add an '...

plugins for Android client

Would it be possible to have plugins run on the Android client? My idea is that there would be an API for the client to get a list of all plugins that support the client and the menu items for the plugins. When the menu item is invoked the client calls back to the plugin and gets HTML for a web view...

Re: Android Client: Text-to-Speech support

Gee Fox, how unfair. After all, look at the way Google fully stood behind Google Reader. They'll never abandon a widely used product and their users! Google glass isn't DOA, they need to build a big, committed user base before they kill the product and that will takes years.

android client and web showing different

I was running a web client on my android tablet to see if a newer browser version made things faster. There were at least 50 unread items. I switched to my android client and it said nothing to display. I refreshed and still nothing. Why would the Android client show nothing when there are definitel...

Markread_plus

I've created a new plugin called markread_plus. It adds a menu item to the action dropdown which looks like this: markreadplus.png As you can see instead of the fixed choices of the regular mark read, you can specify N hours/days/weeks/months. ***WARNING***** - I've done testing but not all the case...

Re: SQL error?

Fox, I checked and the code I copied is correct. I am also at this case because it is a category view (Labels) where the id is -2, which is the same case as the original code I copied. If I select "Labels" and run the built in mark read and use "older than 2 weeks" I also get the...

SQL error?

In functions.php in the catchup_feed function there is the following SQL: db_query("UPDATE ttrss_user_entries SET unread = false,last_read = NOW() WHERE (SELECT COUNT(*) FROM ttrss_user_labels2 WHERE article_id = ref_id) > 0 AND unread = true AND $date_qpart AND owner_uid = $owner_uid"); I...
