Seriously their Facebook app is one of the worst pieces of code ever written for Android.

I maintain some productive CentOs 6 hosts and have to compile some packages myself to keep up with d...

Re: [Android Client] Select folder on startup
You could alao use filters and article scoring to make Fresh Articles only display arcticles which are within the folder you want to see. e.g. apply a negative score to all articles which are not within the categorie you want to see. While this may not be the most elegant way it should be pretty str...

Re: Suddently "6 Could not resolve host" on all feeds
e: maybe shitty NAS boxes running god knows what should be banished from support along with shared hosting This. I own one too and while it handles typical nas stuff pretty well running a webserver on it is a pretty bad idea. @thatguy What DNS Server are you using with your nas? There seems to be a...

Re: Read it Later / Pocket like feature
share anything is what you want to look into.
i tried to plug readability into share anything which would make ttrss essentially a replacement for pocket.
i couldn't get i to work though. maybe you could take a look fox.

i dunno.
whoever made this application should reconsider how he is using the api.
it literally downloaded all articles saved in my database on first startup.

I'll dig into this this weekend.
If it is actually broken we might as well get rid of this feature.

this has been broken on my side of things for quite some time.
it didn't bother me enough to do something about it though.

Re: Only 30 Posts load at a time
sounds like your configuration is fucked up. most likely your mysql.
are there anymore logs for you mysql?
i don't know much about IIS with mysql though.
get a cheap linux based vps and start using postgresql.

Re: Cronjob Time minimze
just to clarify:
you might wanna run ./update_daemon2.php
forking is this case only means that there is going to be more than one updater running which is going to reduce update time.
although this is gonna requiere being on a vps not some shitty shared hosting.
do some reading.
