Postby ch0de » 30 Sep 2005, 01:59

Query SELECT count(id) as num_starred FROM ttrss_entries WHERE marked = true AND unread = true failed: Unknown column 'true' in 'where clause'

I have Magpie 0.61 and tried the 0.59 or whatever version it is and it doesnt work. Im using mysql, and php and the error is:

Query SELECT count(id) as num_starred FROM ttrss_entries WHERE marked = true AND unread = true failed: Unknown column 'true' in 'where clause'

I tried putting the schema into mysql but nothing is working.

What version of MySQL are you using? Did you import schema successfully?

Same here

I just did a fresh install and running on MySQL 3.23.58

I imported the scema ok, in as far as MySQL didn't complaine. Virgin installation can be seen not working http://www.thickey.co.uk/rss2/tt-rss.php here.

I will try and debug the code myself :)

I hav been told by a friend that Tiny Tiny RSS needs a new (if not beta) version of MySQL.. I guess thats why it was failing as it was looking for functions/syntax that my installation doesn't know yet. Would you be able to make it clear from what version of MySQL would be needed in the installation notes.
