If a table-full error occurs, it may be that the disk is full or that the table has reached its maximum size. The effective maximum table size for MySQL databases is usually determined by operating system constraints on file sizes, not by MySQL internal limits.

It's not shared hosting, but thanks.

I already checked the disk space, it has over 100G free.

File size should not be a problem either, according to MySQL, the ttrss_entries table is only 78.4 MiB. I know the Linux system supports larger files then that...

So you're still trying to blame tt-rss for a MySQL error? Makes sense.
