First of all hi to u and your team

I am working with RSS reader like web app . its only i can able to add rss feed and my user just go to my site and read all the post .... can u help me tt-rss able to do that way ? or shall i choose different platform or what ? please guide me ..

I looked at it and couldn't even guess what it is you want,

your question was like you took a bunch of words and put them on little pieces of paper, dumped them into a hat, and then wrote them down in the random order you drew them out...

it had words, but no meaning. perhaps you need a better translator.

I will take a stab at it.

Use case:
I run a community web site. I want to be able to administratively push out feeds to all users of my site. Each user will receive the group of feeds and will be able to read individually. Users will not share login information. User A reading an item does not affect User B's view of that item.

Solution:
Get busy with understanding the underlying db structure. You will want to play with ttrss_feeds and ttrss_feed_categories.
