Startup failed because 6 dirs not writeable (But they are!)

Earlier today I created a new CentOS7 VM. (with Apache, PHP and MariaDB)
All seemed to go like it should, no errors whatsoever, and then this...

I have double checked twice. The settings are correct. 777-rights all over the place. But not according to TTRSS.
What am I not seeing? What am I forgetting...?
Tips/tricks anyone? :D

//edit: FWIW, all is up to date, all have their latest versions, I have restarted Apache, I have restarted the entire VM, didn't help. And it's not a cache thing; after chmod I visited the site (just to be sure) on a different computer on a different network that had never visited the site before.
