I installed the plugin, but still don't see videos the failbog.org feed. Is there something goofy with their feed or did I not install the plugin correctly?

Setup:
ttrss 1.7.8 on ArchLinux
videoframes 0.30
Tiny Tiny RSS on Android (4.1.1) GS3.

Please tell me the URL of the feed so I can investigate. From looking at the page for 10 seconds I can't find any.

I've tried both:
http://feedproxy.google.com/failblog?format=xml (which I assume will go away when google reader goes offline)
and
http://feeds.feedburner.com/failblog
with the same results.

Tried with the feedburner URL and it works fine for me. Are you trying to watch the videos on the Android app? That doesn't work currently and I'm not sure if whatever the app uses to display the feed content even supports iframes. I've created a ticket on github for this so I remember that I want to think about this as soon as I have time, but don't hold your breath.

Yes, Tiny Tiny RSS on Android (4.1.1) GS3.

It doesn't even have to be an iframe... just a link to youtube.com would be fine. The problem is that the embedded youtube player doesn't work on Android without some special magic. Clicking the link to the original article showed the embedded player on their site, but it can't play the video either.

Having a simple link to youtube.com should work because it would be picked up by the youtube app.

Yeah, that's what I thought as well. See the ticket. We'll see when I get around to it, but the next weeks will be pretty busy I'm afraid.

I just installed the plugin, and it works great for most videos, but I found one that is not working (looks like a CBS video player...?). Anyhow, I just wanted to pass it along. This probably will only make it into my feeds 1-2 times per year, so no urgency here. Thanks for the plugin!

Example URL (via BoingBoing): http://nextberlin.eu/2013/04/bruce-ster ... isruption/

Very well done!

Not sure if it's in the scope of this plugin, but do you think it possible to add a "pop-out" link next to the embedded content? I have dual monitors, so it's nice to open up the video into a separate window and continue on reading. Whether you can or can't, thanks!

I'd like to have that feature, too. Maybe add a feature request on github, for proper documentation?

I've same setup as you; working fine for me.

Do you have any Flash blocker and/or script blocker? If so, disable.
