Plugin makes you able to retrieve full article content, mobilize it, and display in place in feed list.
Currently supported mobilize services:

  • Readability (default option)
  • Instapaper
  • Google Mobilizer
  • Stripped Original (original article without styles and images)
  • Original (full original article)

Plugin is heavily based on 'auto_embed_original' and 'embed_original', big thanx to macfly and fox. Problems i'd got with those plugins was unability to display contents of some sites inside iframe. Nested site can block displaying itself inside iframe by setting "X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN" response header. Such is used at,, and many more different sites. So, i have to pass contents thru some mobilizing backend to strip this header, and unnecessary styling.

Plugin is configured from feed settings:
It'll create two additional SQL tables: 'plugin_mobilize_mobilizers' and 'plugin_mobilize_feeds'

  • Download plugin
  • Put /mobilize/ folder from archive to your /tt-rss/plugins/ folder
  • Open tt-rss -> Preferences -> Plugins and activate Mobilize plugin
  • To open mobilized article press "zoom" button at article toolbar, or use hotkey "V"

Hello sepa,

great plugin, thank you very much. I had the same problem you described to display content of certain websites. Your plugin solved this issue.

I have an issue with the readbility option (which is the default): Warning: DOMDocument::loadHTML() [domdocument.loadhtml]: Tag header invalid in Entity ...

So I tried with Instapaper it works, I would like to know how to modify all my feeds with this plugin at once, because I have the option when editing my feed one by one and not by selecting all the feeds at once.

P.S: I saw on google that I can remove the warning by adding some lines of code but I prefer the instapaper mobilizer.
