Easiest Migration (was MySQL to PostgreSQL)

Postby kulak » 20 Jan 2017, 10:30

I decided not to waste time moving data from MySQL o PostgreSQL the hard unbitten way.

Solution: add old TTRSS publishing feed to new installation. This way I got 60 articles, but I have about 113. So, older items did not make it.If you know how I can force TTRSS to serve all published and starred items in the old feed and to make new installation to read them all, I would appreciate it.

My old installation has no subscribed feeds left. I simply deleted those.

Thank you

sometimes i wonder why have a wiki if nobody ever bothers to check it

the page you're interested in is called generated feeds

also i'm not even going to ask why are you doing this instead of using built-in import/export plugin

I am sorry.

Somehow I did not find import/export plug-in. This time I did and was able to export and import. I worried about duplicates and it does not seem to be a problem.

Thank you
