@WildHairZeron nice to know it's working.

@jonb it looks like the default style for a header in jQueryMobile is to let a 30% margin on both left and right. I just did a commit to fix this: https://github.com/mboinet/ttrss-mobile ... 008add2a0f

Hi mboinet, did you already consider to implement a swiping framework in your mobile webapp? Would be great! (see this post)

I tried to use the swipeleft & swiperight events offered by jQueryMobile but users and I weren't satisfied with this. It's still an enhancement in the pipeline: https://github.com/mboinet/ttrss-mobile/issues/24

Is the Github issue what you're implying when you're writing about a swiping framework?

How can I get the headers to wrap to a second line if needed? I tried adding

Code: Select all

white-space:normal;
overflow: visible;

to that same section at the bottom of your revised main.css but I'm not seeing any difference.

The container doesn't have enough height. You should use a smaller font size en reduce top & bottom margins. But with a little test, all the header collapse if content is on one line. So you also have to put a fixed height to the header I believe.

Shouldn't it be easier to increase the height of the container? How would I do that? Where is the height set?

This is set nowhere yet. You have to find the place to do that. I'll let other people help you on this.

I had issues getting this to work on my server, and I thought it was something I was doing wrong in the config file. I kept bashing my head against the desk trying to figure out how it needed to be setup to work. Then I dug into the index.html file, and noticed a few lines were missing part of the url, the "http:" part to be exact. Made those changes and it now works for me. thanks!

It's on purpose: http://paulirish.com/2010/the-protocol-relative-url/

To quote Cloudfare :
Supports http/https/spdy, we encourage leaving the protocol off!

This soon will be irrelevant, I'm working on optimization with require.js (require branch on Github) and all scripts (the goal is only one) will be stored on the same server.

Looks like the API limit has been increased to 200 instead of 60. Can the max setting also be changed to reflect this?

Good to know. And I swear it wasn't working on my site, but when I switched it back to get a screenshot of what it was doing, it worked. So, maybe it was a caching issue, and the browser was hanging on to an incorrect stored version of conf.js. Oh well, working now. Thanks.

Hi, I found a small bug: the source feed name doesn't load... at least not on my server. This happens to all the feeds.

It's a known bug: https://github.com/mboinet/ttrss-mobile/issues/37

I'll try to fix this soon.
