Upgrading and migrating

I'm wanting to migrate from my old MySQL tt-rss 1.11 installation to my shiny new PostgreSQL tt-rss 16.8 installation. Is there any easy way to do this, or would it be better for me to give up and just do an OPML export/import and catch up?

i would suggest OPML. alternatively search the forums, this has been discussed before, multiple times
