There is obviously a routing issue somewhere, which hasn't been fixed. Idiot.
There are problems that can exist outside of the TT-RSS Forums obviously, and one of those is routing problems. Generally, they are found in a few days, however, it hasn't. I am not saying that TT-RSS needs to fix the problem.

like sleeper said, gitlab and forum are on the same VM, if you can access the forums you should be able to git clone

Two separate machines are being used for this. TT-RSS is hosted on a separate machine from the machine that is posting to a forums.I can't access the Forums on the machine that can't also access the Git repo. I'll call the ISP and inform them. But until then I have to find a work around for that issue.
