Tiny Tiny RSS iPhone/iPad App

I've been using both apps for the past day or so, and I highly recommend you check these apps out. Both versions are very easy to use, and very responsive. They are initial versions with just core functionality, but they still work very well. I especially like the iPad version. It's layout is, in my opinion, spot on.

That's not to say there isn't room for improvement, because with most everything, there is, but this is a very, very good starting point.

Tiberius, thank you very much for giving me early access and let me test the apps. And all the iOS users out there, seriously, check these apps out.

Hi everybody,

Finally, I think that making two apps vs an universal app was not a good idea because 90% of the code is common to the 2 apps and adding features will double the work.

So I've removed one of the two apps from the submission. The iPad app will be first to be released, unless I've enough time to submit the universal version.

Well, that was more easier than I thought, so....

I've submitted my app to the App Store. The app will be universal (for both iPhone/iPod Touch and iPhone), and is localized in English and French.

The app should be available later this week.

I'm sorry but i don't have the time for the iPad version (iOS 6) .
I'm working on the iOS 7 version and the app will be universal.
I wish to publish it when iOS 7 will come out. This version will be for iOS 7 only.

The actual version will stay on the Appstore for iOS6 users.

I've updated to the universal app, and have been using it for the past few days, and my earlier comments still stand. When additional features are added, that will make it even better, but even with out them, it is a very good base.

Hi,

I have made some change in my current app :
The ability to swipe left/right to navigate throws articles.
The categories special with the possibility to hide/show.
An option to hide categories without unread articles.
And an option to purge the database on the next launch (if the app take time when you mark all articles read).

I will send the update to Apple tomorrow.

Hello,

Finally, i have send new update to Apple for iOS 6 version.
In this update, i have add :

The ability to save bookmark article in Pocket.
The possibility to change the order of displaying Articles (older or newer first).
And the optimization when you mark read a feed.

Is there a way to force the app to accept a self-signed certificate or is it the operating system that's preventing me from allowing an exception? I can use the TT-RSS Mobile website just fine in Safari (iOS 6), but the app doesn't offer a chance to accept that I know what I'm doing and that my server is safe.

Just get a free signed cert from startssl.com, it's worth the hassle not having to jump through hoops to use self-signed certs.

Hello,

A little news, my new version of TTRSS is available on the appstore TTRSS reader 2.
This new version is only compatible with iOS 7 and it's universal with a new revamp iPad interface.
