Thank you from another Google Reader refugee.

I tried — unsuccessfully — to install Tiny RSS on my shared hosting service, when I saw a how-to story on Lifehacker after the Google announcement.

This afternoon I discovered that my hosting service had added a Softaculous script. The installation was fast and painless, despite the fact that I am not a coder.

If you are not a technical person, give it it a try. Tiny RSS is a powerful, versatile piece of software. It's not as hard to set up as it might appear at first and the android app is superb.

I realise that this is an old thread

However it's got the topic that I would have put if I was to make a fresh thread!

Anyhow I'd like to sincerely thank all who have dedicated their time towards making tt-rss what it is I've been using tt-rss for close to 6 months coupled with the Android reader = a perfect setup!
