I have written a minimalistic TT-RSS client for Firefox OS and it just got approved, you can find it on the Mozilla Marketplace:
https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/feedmonkey/
You can view and read your unread articles and mark them read on the server automatically after reading them. You can flip through the articles by sliding to the right (and left) and you even can chose different color schemes.

Hope some people find it usefull, you can find the source code on https://github.com/jeena/feedmonkey

PS: Thanks a lot for the API, for me personally, this is the best part of TT-RSS, because it lets me code the fun stuff and fox takes care of the boring server side stuff
