It turns out someone has created yet another mobile interface to tt-rss
https://github.com/kucrut/ttrss-reader
I have tried it and it worked for me.
Installation is truly simple:
1. download released archive file:
curl -O https://codeload.github.com/kucrut/ttrs ... .gz/v0.1.1
2. extract content
3. move extracted directory into your tt-rss directory. I called it reader.
4. start your browser with /reader path
5. login as usual
The app is extremely light, but it manages to provide the core reading experience on a mobile device like iPhone with ease.

Re: light mobile interface
It seems quite nice and quick.
There's already a new release 0.2.0. Here's the link to all releases: https://github.com/kucrut/ttrss-reader/releases

Re: light mobile interface
thank you to whoever did this. works great, very helpful for windows phone users with no proper app. css is not very user friendly, though. can someone point me where to enlarge article font size? managed to make padding between the articles smaller, the font is tiny though...
