Another clone of ttrss-mobile and g2ttrss-mobile

Hi,

Seeking for some excuse to learn AngularJS/Angular-Material.
I wrote another web client of API.
Similar to ttrss-mobile and g2ttrss-mobile.

I added plugins feature.
Current plugins:
- Reddit: that append .compact to reddit url;
- Chicken: Add grilled chicken to article content.

Now I need:
- Add embed to reddit plugin (ie youtube, imgur, etc) to show content in page;
- Convert current shortcut to plugin.
