Custom parameters in JSON api from rss feed

Is there any plugins to add custom parameters like 'like count', 'Share count' etc.. from rss feed to tt-rss JSON API ?

the whole point is stripping all this tracking garbage out of content, not adding it back in

also this has nothing to do with KB subforum, moving
