Hi all,
I'm trying to figure out what additional features come with being a "power user" Access Level, as opposed to just a regular "user". I couldn't find it in the documentation anywhere, or in the forums.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

True power user can search before posting. Looks like you have much to learn.

Power users can have any feature they want, because this is OSS and they can contribute.

For me, the 'power user' does their research by looking through the code and this site *first* before asking questions. I'm thinking of one post recently that illustrates this perfectly. The poster was attempting to write a plug-in to process a feed and change an article. He did some research on how to do this, then asked what hooks there are in the plug-in mechanism to process it before or after a certain situation that tt-rss handles. To me, that's a power user and true partner for fox in developing tt-rss.
The counter example was someone who couldn't get tt-rss to work and posted that in the forums. First off, they didn't read the forum to find out that shared hosting isn't supported. Second, they didn't read the Forum posts on shared hosting to learn what others had done. And third, they *blamed* the developer for these problems. Turned out their web hosting facility didn't allow a bunch of pre-requisites which were clearly outlined here and in the README.md file. But this person didn't know the first thing implementing this type of tool or what a LAMP stack was. They got the Cat taco tongue.

Already tried that before I posted, didn't find anything useful:
search.php?keywords=%22power+user%22&fid[0]=1
Re: what are the additional features for a "power user"
Searching for just "power" (search.php?keywords=%22power%22) yields viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2393&p=13408&hilit=+power+#p13408. It's kind of unfortunate that "power user" isn't ever mentioned on the thread (it's plural, "power users"), and that phpBB doesn't search for similar words
The linked thread says that power users can't do anything special.
Even though they can't do special things now doesn't mean that that will always be the case. (I'm not sure of any definite plans, though)
