file_get_contents error

Hi I'm using a shared hosting and I have trouble fetching some feeds which have been working before... The other feeds are working.
I get these error messages:

file_get_contents(http://feeds.feedburner.com/stadt-breme ... format=xml): failed to open stream: Die Wartezeit f?r die Verbindung ist abgelaufen

file_get_contents(http://www.computerbase.de/rss/news.xml): failed to open stream: Die Wartezeit f?r die Verbindung ist abgelaufen

file_get_contents(http://www.heise.de/newsticker/heise.rdf): failed to open stream: Connection timed out

If I open these URLs in the browser, they are working fine...
Could you please help me?
