Filters not working

Hello all,

Firstly, thanks for everything you've done with ttRSS. It's so powerful and has been extremely helpful.

I've successfully installed it but have run into issues with the Filters. I know the "Test Filter" function can occasionally not work. When I run mine, the program crashes and gives the following report:

It's a simple filter: "If content contains X, then delete article"

However, the filters themselves aren't working.

I'm using mySQL, GoDaddy Shared cPanel hosting (unsupported, I know). The only plugin I have running is Feedcleaner.
