Edit: Nevermind, no locking is going to happen.

Is there a way to help you on these menial tasks? I mean, if it's about checking new registrations or other no-brainers tasks, I'll gladly give a hand on this - and I'm convinced so will others. After all, we want you to be a happy developer and free to code. Leave the admin drudgery for those of us not able to code.

Re: Forum registration locked
While I appreciate the offer, people usually get tired of this sort of crap (e.g. going into moderator queue on a regular basis) really quickly (who could blame them, it's boring) and it gets back to the good old me dealing with stuff like spammers trying to use old posts from the board archives to appear legitimate to pass through premoderation to shit over the whole forum with their links afterwards.
There's pretty much zero activity here anyway even if you don't take the ratio of terrible/good posts into account, so it's anything but a huge loss.

OK, so there was a stupidly easy and obvious solution I missed - I've hacked together an RSS feed for the moderation queue, so the problem of manually checking the queue is fixed. Therefore I've enabled registration.
johnnychicago, I'm adding you to the moderation group just in case tho.![Smile :)](images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
