Feed aggregate format RSS

Main idea is to aggregate multiple feeds to a single one as a RSS format (current support only atom/json)


Instead of replacing handler\public.php (suggested in this post --> https://tt-rss.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=985), I preffer adding a switch case for value format to handle rss request from GET method (default still atom format)

Changes must be made to each update. What is the process for implementing this feature permanently in the source code?
