Auto label existing articles

Postby NGPriest » 13 Jun 2016, 11:35

Just wondering if the feature has been added already or if it's possible to auto label existing articles?

by definition to apply a label to an article it needs to exist so i guess this functionality has been implemented, yes

Hi fox,

I'm using your auto label plugin.

Just wondering if it can be used to label existing articles, compared to the assumed new articles?

Thanks,
NGPriest

afraid not, all filters and related stuff work on import. i'm sure one can write a script or something based on that plugin to process the entire db.

it works well enough if your labels are descriptive, otherwise i'd suggest using filters instead and assigning stuff manually

I love how i can type basic keywords and if anything interesting comes up, it'll be "flagged (labelled)" :p

I would love it to go through my existing articles without having to search for them...

Hopefully, someone will make that plugin :D
