Click category to expand/collapse

Hello,
Would you consider adding an option to click anywhere within a category title to toggle the expanded and collapsed view? The toggle arrow can be a a bit difficult to click, particularly on a trackpad.

I don't think it's related to this commit, but probably the one before? But since one of the last two commits I now get this output from the update daemon at regular intervals (PHP7.0.12):

This is a useful feature/change but a small quibble with the implementation. I use mark read about 20-50 more than i use (un)collapse. Can you make that the default/first option?

well normal feed has mark as read as a first option so i guess this could be swapped for consistency
