add copyright/license information to tt-rss-notifier-chrome

Hi,

I would like to package tt-rss-notifier-chrome for Debian and noticed the repository does not contain any copyright/license information (except for libraries). Can you add that information to the repository, so that it's distributable? I would have created a pull request adding Fox as copyright holder and GPL3 as license for the code + CC-BY-SA 3.0 for the images to make your life easier, but I can't fork the project.

it's all under GPL i guess, i'll add the readme file to the repo.

does chrome even support loading anything not from the store these days? i thought they killed it years ago tbh

Thanks. Regarding the loading: Debian has chromium packaged, which supports loading extensions via "--load-extension=/path/to/extension".
